1. How are your bracelets made?

  • All bracelets are handmade in Val d'Oise with quality natural stones.
  • Non-natural stones are listed as "decorative".
  • The thread used is a durable nylon elastic thread, for optimal comfort.

To be sure you choose the right size:

  1. Read the article How to know your bracelet size.
  2. Contact me to find out if the bracelet can be adjusted to your size (free service before shipping).
  3. Always check the dimensions indicated in the product title and description.

Important: A suitable size corresponds to approximately 1.5 to 2 cm more than your wrist circumference.

In case of size problem:
You can return the bracelet within 14 days of receipt. Here are the options offered:

  • Immediate refund (excluding free bracelet).
  • Exchange for a bracelet of the same value.
  • Adjustment within 5 days (fee of €5).

For a return, contact me by email so I can send you the form.

2. What are the shipping times?

  • Orders are prepared within 3 business days maximum.
  • Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are shipped on Monday.

  • Shipping times only include delivery time after preparation.
  • Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are prepared on Monday.
  • ⚠️ No delivery to pickup points for DOM-TOM, EU or Switzerland.
  • In case of an incomplete or non-compliant address, no refund will be issued if the order is not collected.

3. When will I receive my order?

  • Delivery within 3 to 4 business days after shipping confirmation.
  • A tracking email will be sent to you (check your spam if necessary).

For any order not received within 10 business days, please contact me at info@cybelepierres.fr with:

  • Your order number.
  • Your first and last name.

4. Do you deliver abroad?

Yes, here are the rates:

European Union (EU)

(Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia and 24 other countries)

    • Standard international (2 to 8 business days): €8.00

5. How to purify and clean my stones?

Jewelry is purified with sage smoke before shipping. After receipt:

  • Clean them with running water.
  • Recharge them in moonlight for one night to appropriate their energy.

6. Why do some items disappear?

  • Most bracelets are unique (except for single-stone bracelets).
  • If an item is no longer available, you can request to be notified of its return to stock directly on the product page.

7. What are the benefits of a customer account?

Creating an account allows you to:

    • place your orders faster thanks to your already saved information,

    • track the progress of your purchases and view your entire history,

    • accumulate loyalty points and convert them into vouchers,

9. How to cancel an order?

  • You can cancel as long as the order has not been shipped.
  • If the order has been sent, refuse it upon delivery.

At Cybèle Pierres, I select only quality natural stones for my creations. To recognize a real stone:
