• Orders placed between Monday and Wednesday are prepared on Thursday.
  Orders placed between Thursday and Sunday are prepared on Monday.

• Order shipments: Tuesday and Friday

• Shipping is generally by tracked letter unless the customer chooses Colissimo delivery (€5.50).

• La Poste indicates a usual transit time of 2 to 5 working days.

All bracelets are carefully assembled by Florence, the creator of Cybèlepierres.

They are restocked from time to time depending on available beads and customer demand. You can ask to be notified of their return by leaving your email address on the out-of-stock product page.

Upon receipt, if a bracelet is not the right size for you, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

• The options available to you will be as follows:
  Upon return of the product:
  Immediate refund (Refunds are not possible on the free bracelet).
• Exchange for a bracelet of the same value.
• Modification within 5 days (Price for "adjustment and shipping costs": €5). Provided that the modification to the size desired by the customer is feasible.

We attach great importance to security during transactions.

Your data is transmitted only in encrypted form, so that third parties cannot read it.

Your credit card payment is processed by a security-certified partner (Stripe) or by PayPal.

If you have registered with the online shop, you can view your personal data and order data under your "Cybèle Pierres account" after logging in.

For each order, you are informed whether the order has already been paid or if it is being shipped.

We also send you an email when we receive your order and a second email as soon as the goods leave our warehouse (shipping confirmation).

If you are not registered, you cannot view your order online. You will still be informed by email (Remember to check your spam folder).

I do not make custom bracelets. You can find over 500 uniquely styled bracelets on the website, so you're sure to find one you love.

All bracelets are handmade by me using high-quality natural stones.

Non-natural stones are considered "decorative." Everything is crafted in Val d'Oise by me and with love.

The thread used is a very resistant elastic Nylon thread. The bracelet can therefore be slipped onto the wrist; there's no need to fasten it.

It depends on the individual. There are no fixed rules, but rather different sensitivities. So you need to listen to yourself and experiment, and you'll quickly see if it suits you.

I advise against wearing more than 2 bracelets per wrist and to be careful with opposing energies (e.g., calming with energizing), but this is just a suggestion. Everyone should find what suits them 🙂
