Knowing Your Bracelet Size
Measuring your wrist size:
The easiest way to measure your wrist is to use a tape measure and wrap it just above the wrist bone, which will give you an exact measurement of its size.
If you don't have a tape measure, take a piece of string and wrap it around your wrist. Then, simply measure the length obtained between the end and the point you're holding against a ruler.
If your wrist circumference falls between two sizes, you can choose the larger size for a more fitted bracelet, or the smaller size if you prefer to wear it tighter.
What is the ideal bracelet size?
The standard bracelet size for a woman is 17-18 cm and the average length for a man's bracelet is 19-20 cm.
To choose the ideal size, meaning a bracelet that is neither too tight nor too loose, simply add about 2 cm to your wrist size.
Add 1 to 1.5 cm for a rather snug bracelet, and 2 to 3 cm for a looser bracelet.
A new bracelet may seem snug, but with time it will soften and become more comfortable. If you wear it often, it will loosen by a few millimeters (max 0.5 cm). Take this into account when choosing the ideal size for your bracelet.
