Chakras and Stones

Chakras are energy centers located along the spine that can be open or closed depending on our emotional and physical state.

There are seven main chakras:

  • the root chakra
  • the sacral chakra
  • the solar plexus chakra
  • the heart chakra
  • the throat chakra
  • the third eye chakra
  • the crown chakra.

Stones can help balance and strengthen the chakras. Each stone is associated with a specific chakra due to the stone's vibrational frequency matching that of the chakra.

For example, black obsidian is associated with the root chakra because it helps to build self-confidence and ground energy.

Moonstone is associated with the sacral chakra because it helps to balance hormones and enhance creativity.

Citrine is associated with the solar plexus chakra because it boosts self-confidence and self-esteem.

Rose quartz is associated with the heart chakra because it enhances love and compassion.

Blue Apatite is associated with the throat chakra because it helps to strengthen communication and expression.

Lapis lazuli is associated with the third eye chakra because it enhances intuition and clairvoyance.

Finally, amethyst is associated with the crown chakra because it enhances spirituality and connection to the universe.

It is important to note that stones do not cure physical or emotional problems, but they can help balance chakras and enhance positive energies. It is also important to regularly clean stones to remove accumulated negative energies.
